Arbiter, aka Josh Messer, has been actively DJing since 2008 in Iowa, USA and Birmingham, UK. With two continents under his belt, he's been seen at club nights and venues including Flight School and Gabes in the US, and Seedy Sonics, Full Moon and FWDRinse in the UK. Fans around the world have seen him alongside and in support of acts including Plastician, Subscape, Jayou, S.P.Y., Skream, and Artwork (from Magnetic Man).
