Corpo Diplomático is one of the first rock and pop bands and some of their members formed later the band Heróis do Mar. Maybe the most famous band member was Pedro Ayres Magalhães, who has worked with the world famous world-music band Madredeus and with the pop band Delfins.

They were a mark in the beggining of the alternative rock scene in Lisbon, but almoust no one remenbers them.
