Coke vs. Bills is one of the many side projects of the RxBandits, consisting of John Mar Vista (AKA Joe Troy: vox, bass/guitar) and Dean South Shore (AKA Matt Embree: drums, vox). C vs. B have been around since... late 2005 or so and have not put out any official albums, only shared MP3s. The concept first appeared on Mash Down Babylon's internet boombox, and later John Mar Vista created a MySpace for the group.
