Chainsmoker was a shortlived project from Finland. Born out of the ashes of finnish post-punk act Sweetheart in 2000 with members Janne Westerlund on guitar and Pekka Jääskeläinen on bass, with saxophonist Killi Härkönen completing the roster. They released two albums of experimental electrorock before splitting in 2003 after the suicide of Killi Härkönen.
