Byrd/Thompson Expansion is an occasional live experimental ambient performance unit featuring the core Byrd/Thompson duo of Rob Byrd and Kris Thompson with other participants -- which thus far have included Creed Dew (bass, synth) and Mitchel Ahern (invented instruments).
