There is more than one band with the name Blackpool.

1) Blackpool is a post-punk band based in Brooklyn, NY. The band consists of members Melody Bleak (formerly of Bleak Track), Graham vanderVeen, Dave Ciauro and Erik Nyquist. In 2009, Blackpool teamed up with director Amanda Laws to create their debut music video for the song "Dissolve." The track will also appear on an upcoming SINister Records compilation CD, Memento Mori: A Collection, in January 2010.

2) Blackpool is a tag for the soundtrack of the BBC series with the same name, starring David Morrisey, Sarah Parish and David Tennant.
