Born in 1974, this young pianist, after studying classical piano, moved to Paris in 1995, and decided to devote himself to jazz.

Having founded his own jazz trio (1998) - with Clovis Nicolas (double-bass) and Tony Rabeson (drums) - Baptiste Trotignon asserts himself as a leader.

2005: « Solo II » (Naive). This new solo opus is a natural continuation of the first one, confirming, jazzman’s distinctive sound and style.
