Art of Flying is woven around the songs of David & Anne Costanza, formerly of the 80s LA improv band The Whitefronts, and more recently the New-Mexico-based eldritch folk Lords of Howling. Since 1997 they have recorded seven CDs on Discobolus records & one 10" record (released by Cochon records) at their home studio in Questa, NM, The Barn recorder. The core of the band includes Dave on Guitar, Piano and Vocals, Anne on Bass and Vocals, drummer Peter Halter (also from LOH, and the Front Range Improv Orchestra).
