Studies: In the year 1980 Antero started playing cello out of his own free will as a student of Lauri Voipio and he continued later on under the supervision of Pauli Heikkinen, Professor Arto Noras and Dr. Raimo Sariola. After he made his way to the soloist department of the Sibelius-Academy, he got a treatment of Hannu Kiiski. He froze his studies in spring 1995.
