Originally from the suburbs outside of Richmond, VA, Andrew began forming his brand of introspective power pop as a teenager. A self-proclaimed school band geek for 7 years, he picked up guitar at 13 and seldom put it back down. Unable to find a consistent band or music project, Andrew began (somewhat reluctantly) singing and writing his own songs at 15. Andrew’s influences began with classic rock, blues, and R&B such as Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Wonder.
