AKUTE has been labeled as one of the most promising artists on the Belarusian independent rock scene. It was formed in 2009 by ex-participants of the well-known band GLUCKI,

who decided to switch to more contemporary music which they describe as “disco decadence”.

AKUTE’s first track, “Adzinoctva” (“Loneliness”), was recorded February 2009 made the main Belarusian chart, “Tuzin Gitou” and stayed in top5 for seven months.
