Alan Averill (aka A.A. Nemtheanga) is an Irish musician most notable for his vocal duties for the folk/black metal band Primordial. Averill joined Primordial in 1991, thus being a founding member of that band. He was also the vocalist for the doom metal band Void of Silence, but, as announced on April 17, 2009, parted ways with them because of his engagement to Primordial
