A Birdsong Valentine isn't your typical alt-metal-hardcore group inspired by screaming, shredding guitars and melodic 3 part harmonies. To be sure, their sound incorporates those elements, but the group possesses more depth and desire than most involved with the emo-core/post-grunge rock revival. Formed in the heart of Chicago in 2006, Brian Bender, Masta Shen, Oscar Diaz and Nate Bauman have achieved a great deal of success in a small period of time with a D.I.Y.
