2fresh was raised on the southside of Yekaterinburg, which is a major city in the central part of Russia.

He started rapping at the age of 15, in a hip hop duo called New Millennium, formerly Dark Playaz along with HellaDark. He went by the name MC Dollar Hunt. Their third member and DJ, Trey Marks, went by the name of DJ Mega Hit. Unlike other urban bands of the 2000s, New Millennium was almost exclusively a "fantasy" band, writing songs not about life but about the surreal. They recorded demos known as "The Greatest Remix", "The Conscious Rapper", "Dark Playa'z Back 2 Attack", "Welcome", and played small concerts for the next year. But soon 2fresh left the group and decided to strike out on his own.

"Hard Times" was the first full track 2fresh had written himself. After my first touch with New Millennium I made up my mind to write about situations that happen in the real life no matter how such a dramatic way it is. The video clip for Hard Times was based on the British drama film KiDULTHOOD. In the end of December 2007, he dropped one new track "The Sun Don't Shine Forever" for what he was criticized by other rappers.

Also 2fresh takes part in remixing and making music for other artists. In 2009, he released his first mixtape Mix House includes such remixes like 50 Cent "Disco Inferno (Urbanic Mix)", Xzibit & Dr. Dre "Symphony In X Major (Mass Destruction Remix)", Nas "Hip Hop Is Dead (Hope Mix)", Mams Taylor ft. Snoop Dogg & Bobby V "Girl Gotta Girlfriend (Island Banger Remix)", etc. Throughout all this time 2fresh continued to record singles and work on first solo album. I've watched a lot of movies, I've listened to a lot of different songs... So finally I've got so much to say! In the short period of time 2fresh recorded about 20 tracks and decided the title for the upcoming album. But the output did not take place because of outflow of compositions from the initial variant. So he decided to combine the 16 songs into the collection and put it into the internet under the title American Guy: The Very Best. I decide to call the collection like this because of my life. Because I live like in the ghetto and see a lot of struggle, and fight for the right. You see it on the album. It contains several singles "Hard Times", "Me & My Pussy", and "The Winter", also some tracks from his first experience back to "The New Millennium Crew". Since 2008, 2fresh also has been working on a couple of singles like "Days Are Cold Without U (featuring Ashanti)" and "Turn My Mic Up".

2010. I just woke up of sweet dreams and only one thing I know. There's no question I want to help my people, I want to see them happy, and I want to give them hope... I don't want to see them work for the system. We have to be free. But first you need to have your own vision.

Imagine a new world. A world with no boundaries. Where each and every member of the society has equal opportunities to accomplish the dreams.

We need to stop thinking about changes, we need to do changes.
