Inbal Perlmuter (born in Rehovot, January 15, 1971 - died October 1, 1997) was an Israeli composer, musician, singer and lyricist, and a founding member of the band המכשפות (The Witches).

Perlmuter's music was influential to the Israeli music of the 1990s. She began her musical career in 1992 when she founded, along with Ifat Netz and Yael Cohen, the band המכשפות. The band released two albums and an EP of cover songs. After the EP's release the band's making decreased to an end with no announcement of disbandment. The band's last concert took place in september 1996.
She continued producing solo works and numerous collaborations, both in Israel and abroad while the band's short hiatus.
She recorded demos for her solo effort, played in קורין אלאל concerts and recorded in London an album (that eventually got cancelled) with רם אוריון in a duo called "ענבלאנס" (Inbalance).
On November 1995, on the show "Farewell Song" as remembrance to Yitzhak Rabin, Perlmuter sang, for the first time not as a part of the המכשפות, a song she wrote and composed: "חמדת אבות 2" (Father's Delight 2), Ifat Netz sang backing vocals, Adi Renrat played keyboards, piano and arranged, Amos Hadani played guitar, אלי מגן played DoubleBass, Ilan Salem Played Flute and Meir Israel played Drums.
Perlmuter played and sang on "המזדיינות" (The Fuckers), with טל גורדוןאיגי וקסמן and Asi Levi. Contributed in writing the song "כשזה עמוק" (When It's Deep) and wrote the song "אין לנו במלאי" (We Don't Have in the Stock). Both songs were released on קורין אלאל's כשזה עמוק (When It's Deep), in which she also played. Perlmuter also recorded a new arrangement for the song "יש לך שמש" (You Have a Sun) which was included in the project "עבודה עברית" (Hebrew Job).
In 1997 Perlmuter got addicted to drugs and had gone several drug treatments.
On the first of October, 1997, New Year's eve (Hebrew Calender), while driving to Tel Aviv for New Year's eve dinner with her boyfriend and his parents, her car deviated from her lane and crashed into a concrete wall in Rishon LeZion interchange, Perlmuter was killed Instantly. The press revealed no traces of substance abuse were found in her body autopsy. She was 26 years old. A reunion concert was planned and booked for the second of October at the "Logos" Club.
In a concert for her remembrance at the "Logos" Club, On October 30, 1997, thirty days after the accident, her friends and family saluted her.
About a year after her death הקלטות אחרונות (Last Recordings), a compilation album was released.
The album included different demos from the last two years of her life, which she recorded home.
After arrangement in the studio, Ifat Netz on bass and vocals, Yael Cohen on drums, Yaniv Dadon and Yosi Azar on guitars and Juan Shlamberg on piano and keyboards.
