The group Черный Кузнец (Black Smith) (St. Petersburg, heavy / power metal).

Young but already experienced the formation of St. Petersburg, hone their skills on areas of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.

The date of foundation can be considered in January 2005, in fact, a viable team was formed in November 2005. And in such a short period of the group talked about as a new hope Petersburg heavy.

At various times, the group became a finalist in the festival: "Reflection", "Rokot-2006." She took part in the "Rock Against Terror." She has performed with renowned groups such as Eclipse (Moscow), Kurazh (Moscow), O.H. (Pushkin), Citadel (St. Petersburg). In the summer of 2006 the guys released their own demo CD in 1000 copies and distributed it to the concert for everyone.

"Black Smith" stands out from the other heavy / power metal bands in St. Petersburg in the first place, the presence of a strong front man with a bright rock vocals and a wide range of voices. It should be noted that Michael was a finalist Ian Gillan "Smoke This Contest".

"Cheka" established themselves as people who can do a show for the audience. The dynamism of the scene and good work with the audience - their hobby. And most importantly - the constant growth of Performing Arts.

In July 2006, the same name was included in the composition of the second part of metallic acclaimed compilation «Legacy of Metal» (Resonance Music Inc).
