"Cennoe Ukazanie” (Russian: “Ценное Указание” meaning “Valuable Instructions”) is a Latvian alternative rock/punk rock band formed in Riga in autumn of 2005. Originally the band was formed by Andrey «Liven’» Livensky (Vocals, rhythm guitar), Arthur Orsky (lead guitar) & Alexandr Mikol (on drums). Though the line-up has gone through several changes in the last five years, the original members are still present.
