You may have been seeing a lot of Pharrell Williams around the music scene these days. Not only did he create not one but two massive hits off Daft Punk’s GRAMMY-winning Random Access Memories (“Get Lucky” and “Lose Yourself To Dance”, respectively), he also leant his production skills to Robin Thicke’s hit record Blurred Lines and picked up a GRAMMY himself for Producer Of The Year. Not to mention having a chart-topping hit of his own, the toe-tapping good time “Happy”!

Williams has been extremely secretive about his upcoming sophomore album, G I R L, which was only announced yesterday as the title in a press statement by the performer himself, and it will be avaible for purchase on March 3rd. Featuring the upbeat hit “Happy”, the track list to the album has not been revealed, but Pharrell mentioned in his statement to the press that the album’s songs feel “festive and urgent”.

We also know that G I R L will contain ten tracks in total, and there will be an ad for Red Bull featuring an unheard Pharrell song playing on it.
