On April 10th, 2014, Nirvana will be inducted into the Rock N’ Roll Hall Of Fame, in cohorts with the grunge group’s  20th anniversary expanded edition of In Utero. As well, rock monsters KISS, singer/songwriter Linda Ronstadt, and Bruce Springsteen collaborators The E Street Band are being honored by the Rock Hall at Barclays Centre in Brooklyn, NY in the spring of next year.

Even more acts to be inducted at the 2014 Rock N’ Roll Hall Of Fame are ex-Genesis frontman Peter Gabriel, the world’s best-selling duo Hall & Oates, and folk legend Cat Stevens. Coinciding with their nominations, Linda Ronstadt released an autobiography this year entitled Simple Dreams: A Musical Memoir, while The E Street Band just announced they will tour with Bruce Springsteen on his upcoming tour to support his new release High Hopes.

KISS, ever the performers, are still touring and selling their massive brand of arena rock, while Gabriel released an album of covers this year, and Hall & Oates are currently penning their first new single in over a decade.
