New York independent label Triple Crown Records are proudly credited with not only launching the careers of some of the world’s most loved alternative rock bands- but also with the championing of exciting new talent.

With alumni artists including Long Island arena rockers Brand New and emo-punk veterans Hot Rod Circuit, the label’s legacy is sure to be steeped in history. And they are already laying the foundations for the future stars, with Detroit quintet Fireworks and solo artist Plug In Stereo all being shown the Triple Crown love in the early stages of their careers.

The Dear Hunter – The Inheritance

This track comes as part of a very bold project entitled ‘The Color Spectrum’. Comprised of nine EP’s, ‘The Inheritance’ was released on the ‘Green’ EP and is a wonderful foray into acoustic guitar and violin loveliness that hits just the right spot as the winter settles in.

Fresh off an American tour with experimental rockers Thrice is Moving Mountains. This track comes from their latest album ‘Waves’ and sees the band drawing large inspiration from early 00’s bands such as Cave In and Further Seems Forever.

Also re-gaining energy after the recent Thrice tour is O’Brother. “Machines Part 1” is off of their debut full-length ‘Garden Window’ and is an immediate guitar-driven stormer that shows how much passion and energy this band have to offer.
