On The Scene

Fair to say that Canada’s had more than its fair share of successful indie-rock exports over the last few years, with the likes of Arcade Fire, The New Pornographers and Broken Social Scene waving the red and white at shows around the world.

And the indie-cred doesn’t stop there; a  vibrant comics scene, a flourishing performing arts reputation and a notoriously relaxed population have turned it into one of North America’s creative hotspots.

We’ve surfaced three of the most interesting tracks to blossom from this Canadian bohemia for you to try below, all for free.
